The Firm represented The Board of Regents of the University of Texas System and Hydro-Quebec in a dispute over misappropriation of rechargeable battery technology developed by the University of Texas.

The Firm represented three apartment communities and an individual plaintiff in a challenge to the City of Farmers Branch, Texas, in connection with Ordinance 2952, which required renters to prove lawful residency status before leasing a home or apartment. The ordinance faced opposition on the grounds it was unconstitutional and discriminatory toward the Latino community.
