BIO

Theodora Lok is a case manager in Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors' New York office. 

Theodora brings over 15 years of paralegal experience across a broad range of practice areas, including corporate finance, taxation, insurance defense, wrongful death, intellectual property, complex commercial litigation, CSAM, and multidistrict litigation (MDL). Theodora has experience supporting corporate attorneys through all stages of transactional deals, as well as supporting litigation attorneys by managing complex litigation matters in state and federal courts across jurisdictions nationwide. Prior to joining the firm, Theodora worked at AMLAW 100 and 200 firms, as well as boutique law firms in Georgia and New York City. While raising her son on their horse farm in Southport, Connecticut, she founded one of the premier children’s riding school programs in Fairfield County, and over 20 years created children’s riding lessons, camps, horse shows, clinics, and an IEA Riding Team.

Her philanthropy work includes work with Child USA in Philadelphia, the Center for Children & Young Adults in Atlanta, Broadway Community Soup Kitchen, Meals on Wheels, World Central Kitchen, Fencing in the Schools, The Frick Collection, and Past President of Fairfield Bridle Trails Association.
