Susan Dillon is a senior director of consulting in the Dallas office of Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors. 

Ms. Dillon has over 25 years of experience in forensic accounting, investigations, and complex commercial litigation. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and her experience covers a broad range of industries including, insurance, banking, manufacturing, chemical companies, hospitality, trusts, aerospace, and sports and leisure.

Ms. Dillon has extensive experience conducting fraud and compliance investigations. She has worked on litigation matters and disputes involving hundreds of millions of dollars in damages.  She has worked on all aspects of litigation, including expert testimony, damages, valuations, settlement analysis, discovery, and forensic investigations.    

Most recently, Ms. Dillon was a Senior Director at Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA), where she worked on international multi-jurisdictional investigations, litigation and compliance matters.     

Prior to FRA, she was a Senior Director of Consulting at Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors. She has worked on  breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, intellectual property, environmental law, corporate governance, and antitrust matters.

Ms. Dillon also worked as a financial executive at TIG and Kemper insurance companies, where she was responsible for planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as managing due diligence and adherence to outsourced contracts. She also served in TIG’s internal audit department, where she was responsible for preparing the corporate risk assessment, identifying and evaluating significant exposures to risk, and modifying risk management and control systems. Before working at TIG, Ms. Dillon was a senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas.   At PwC, she also worked on disputes involving accounting issues. 

Ms. Dillon is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). 

She has authored publications for the AICPA, The Lawyer Magazine, and the Hospitality Finance & Technical Journal, The Bottomline.
