Sharon Rybak

Sharon M. Rybak is the senior director of Human Resources in the New York office of Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors.

Sharon is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s HR management, professional recruitment, policies, practices and operations.

Prior to joining the Brewer firm in September 2023, Sharon worked as Americas Head of Investment Bank Recruitment for Credit Suisse. She also served as Head of Legal Human Resources at Sullivan & Cromwell. Prior to that, Sharon worked in the HR departments at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and BlackRock.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Hofstra University.
