Rosie De La Garza is director of programs for the Brewer Foundation Future Leaders Program (FLP).
In this role, Ms. De La Garza oversees the overall development, management and operations of the program. The FLP program provides academic resources and leadership training to students from economically challenged neighborhoods within the Dallas Independent School District. She joined the Brewer Foundation in 2009.
In 2024, De La Garza was selected to join the Northwestern University Counselor Advisory Board (CAB), which aims to support underrepresented student populations and guide their college admissions process.
