Richard Marsico

BIO

Richard Marsico is an associate in the New York office of Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors.

Before joining the firm, Richard clerked for the Honorable Andre Mathis in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for Judges Kathleen Williams and Marcia Cooke in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to clerking, Richard was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York and represented low-income clients in eviction defense matters for a nonprofit organization.

Richard received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, cum laude, and his B.A. in Philosophy from Haverford College. In law school, he was an Articles Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law & Modern Critical Race Perspectives and a Student-Attorney in the Community Justice Project Clinic. Prior to law school, Richard interned for Justice Sonia Sotomayor in the United States Supreme Court.
