Josh Dillon is an associate in the New York office of Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors, where he focuses on high-stakes, complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He represents clients across a wide range of industries in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.
Mr. Dillon has represented clients in complex commercial disputes involving contract claims, labor and employment issues, nonprofit defense, hospitality, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, insurance coverage, regulatory enforcement, and corporate governance. Mr. Dillon served as a key member of trial teams in high-profile litigation, including the recent defense of one of the nation’s most prominent nonprofit organizations against state regulatory claims. In that matter, he helped secure the dismissal of verified claims seeking dissolution and the redistribution of organizational assets valued at more than $200 million.
Mr. Dillon earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA in Finance from St. John’s University, where he played NCAA Division I soccer.
