Jim Montalvo serves as of counsel to the Firm, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation in both state and federal courts throughout Florida. He represents clients in a wide range of business disputes, including contract claims, partnership conflicts, and complex commercial matters.

Jim is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and Washington, D.C., and is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. His multijurisdictional licensure allows him to effectively represent clients with regional and national legal needs.

Jim earned his J.D. from Hofstra Law School, undergraduate school at Iona College, and high school at Power Memorial Academy. Jim also clerked for the Honorable Judge Donald L. Graham at the Southern District of Florida and he speaks Spanish.
