Efrain Vera

Efrain Vera is the Director of the Brewer Storefront, the community service affiliate of Brewer, Attorneys & Counselor's national litigation practice. 

Prior to joining the Storefront, Efrain represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts. Efrain successfully represented financial institutions, healthcare companies, business owners, and multinational corporations on complex legal issues related to breach of contract, fraud, regulatory defense, and corporate governance.  Efrain uses his extensive complex commercial litigation experience to advance the Storefront's mission to provide advocacy to communities that typically do not possess the resources to access sophisticated legal representation.

As a Dallas native and Spanish speaker, Efrain is also uniquely positioned to serve minority, including Hispanic- and Latino-owned, businesses. Efrain takes a holistic, long-term view of clients’ strategic goals and advises on a variety of legal issues, including business formation, contracts and agreements, minority business certifications, and dispute resolution.

Efrain is a proud member of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Hispanic Bar Association, and C3 Latino Young Professionals. Efrain frequently serves as an instructor and legal advisor for individuals and entrepreneurs through these local organizations.
