Alexandria Oberman is an associate in the Dallas office of Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors. Ms. Oberman earned her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2022. Prior to joining Brewer, Ms. Oberman served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Debra H. Lehrmann, Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas.

While in law school, Ms. Oberman served as an Articles Editor of the SMU Law Review and worked closely with Professor Tom Mayo as a research assistant. Ms. Oberman represented clients and won her first trial in Texas district court as a student in the Civil and Consumer Legal Clinic. Her commitment to public service extended beyond the classroom, as she was inducted into SMU Dedman School of Law’s Pro Bono Honor Roll for her volunteer legal services in the greater Dallas area.

Ms. Oberman also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Rebecca Rutherford of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, assisting in the management and disposition of a wide range of cases.

Prior to law school, Ms. Oberman graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Advanced Nutritional Sciences and a certificate in Business Foundations.

In 2024, Ms. Oberman was named to Law360’s Texas Editorial Advisory Board, which provides feedback on the publication’s coverage and expert insight on how best to shape future coverage.
